This recipe came from the back of the Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Penne Rigate box. My husband just made a few modifications. Ingredients

    1 pkg. RONZONI HEALTHY HARVEST penne rigate
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 green bell pepper
    Half a medium onion
    1 garlic clove
    1 jar Newman's Own Sockarooni sauce
    1 pkg (1 lb.) Ground turkey, 97% fat-free
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley

Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions. Saute pepper, onion and garlic in oil until tender. Stir in spaghetti sauce, ground turkey and parsley. Simmer 2-3 minutes. Serve sauce mixture over pasta. Makes 4 servings.
