    1.5 cups Couscous, cooked.
    0.5 block Extra firm tofu seasoned to taste
    2 cups cherry tomatoes
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1/3 cup feta cheese crumbles


Cook couscous.
Stir fry tofu in 1/2 tbsp olive oil and seasonings
Mix all ingredients and toss in remaining olive oil.
