Ingredients


    Whole Wheat Flour, 1and 1/2 cup
    Quaker Quick minute Oatmeal plain 1/2 cup
    Egg white, 4
    Orange Juice, .5 cup or juice of 2 oranges
    Orange Peel, 2 tbsp
    Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking, 3/4 cup
    I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, fat free Spread 6 Tbsp
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Non fat milk 1/2 cup

Directions


Mix I canīt beleive itīs not butter fat free spead and splenda. Add egg whites and beat untill firm Add orange juice and peel, mix well. Add milk. Mix dry ingredients in sperate bowl and slowly fold into wet ingredients. Spray muffin pan, pour in batter and bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
