Ingredients

    1 cup chopped onion
    28 oz tomato sauce
    1 cup rice (white or brown)
    2 -14 oz cans low sodium chicken broth
    2 1b ground turkey
    3 to 4 pounds cabbage chopped
    1 T oil oil

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°. In large skillet brown ground turkey in small amount of olive oil. Combine onions, tomato sauce, cabbage and rice in 9 x 13 casserole. Add cooked meat and mix well. Pour broth over mixture and cover with foil. Bake for 1 hour stir and bake another 30 minutes. Makes 8 1 cup servings

    I don't think I fixed it right. I Burned the cabbage. It became dried out. - 2/1/09
