Ingredients

1 pkg of Pork Chops( i used extra lean, thin cut)
    1tsp lemon pepper
    1tsp paprika
    1tsp garlic powder

Directions

NOTE: I used a package of 6 extra lean thin cut pork chops to cut back on calories, sodium ect. The system did not have this option when I was figuring up calories for this dish. Also, all 8 crackers went on these 6 chops.

* Im bowl, crush crackers and add seasoning to mix. Coat each side of chop and lay on a baking sheet. Top each piece with an extra sprinkle of paprika(optional). Spray each piece with a small spritz of cooking spray to help brown the crackers. Bake for 20min at 350 degress or until meat is done.
