Ingredients

    3/4 C low fat plain Yogurt
    5 TBs liquid egg substitute
    1 tsp dijon Mustard
    1 tsp Lemon Juice
    dash of salt & freashly ground pepper to taste

Directions

In top of a double Boiler, wisk egg, yogurt and cornstartch together. Place over gently boiling waterand cook wisking constantly, until thickene. Remove from hea; Stir in Mustard, Lemon Juice, salt & pepper makes about 1C
