I make these but add a sliced onion or some pearl onions while it is cooking. Yummy! Also, to make a great salad dressing, use some of the juice mixed with a little mayo, chop up some of the beet pickles, and over lettuce or spinach. - 9/15/11

I make these in the refrigerator - no cooking and haven't added the cinnamon before - I am single and usually just make a can at a time add amounts to taste then refrigerate for a couple of hours or more. But I am going to try these - they soulnd delicious. - 5/29/07
