Introduction

Very yummy chicken , veggie & rice dish . Freezes well. Very yummy chicken , veggie & rice dish . Freezes well.
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    5 skinless. boneless Chicken Breast
    Celery 8 stalks (remove)
    Onions,2 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    *Soy Sauce, 5 tbsp (remove)
    Corn Starch, .125 cup (remove)
    White Rice, long grain, 5 cup (remove)
    Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Mrs. Dash salt free table blend seasoning to taste
    olive oil 3 tbsp.

Directions

Dice chicken & cook in 1 tbsp. of the oil until done then place into a container & set aside under a cover.
Chop celery & onions & cook in same pan in 1 tbsp. of the oil until desired tenderness.NOTE THAT VEGGIES WILL COOK MORE WHEN CHICKEN & WATER IS ADDED.
Add chicken to veggies & sprinkle with Mrs. Dash to taste.
Add 4 cups water (or enough to almost cover chicken & veggies) & bring to almost boil.
Mix corn starch with water to form smooth paste
& slowly stir into mixture to desired thickness.
Stir in soy sauce to taste
Serve over rice.(I use white long grain)
Makes approximately 20 1 cup servings ( with rice)
