I created this recipe and it has since been my family's all time favourite I created this recipe and it has since been my family's all time favourite
Number of Servings: 7


    500g Spaghetti, cooked as directed
    9 oz Meatballs ( I actually put about 21 pcs)
    1 tbsp Olive oil
    1 med Onion, minced
    1 med Potato, cubed
    1 small Carrot, cubed
    1 cup Cabbage, shredded
    2 ltrs Water
    Celery stalks for garnishing, chopped


Heat oil in a stock pot and sauteed onion until just tender, Then add in meatballs and water. Let boil for about 10 mins, then add in carrots and potatoes. Cook further 3 mins then add in cabbage. Simmer for about 5 mins. Serve with cooked spaghetti and garnish with chopped selery.
