Introduction

This is just one of many ways to use the Flatout Light Flatbread. This is My recipe I made. But you can do alot with these Flatouts.
Sodium can be reduced by getting a lower sodium sauce.

Ingredients

    Flatout light flatbread 100% stone ground whole wheat
    3 slices Oscar Myer Canadian Bacon
    2Tbsp Jack Daniels Master Blend Barbecue Sauce or your favorite Barbecue sauce
    1/2 cup Pineapple Tidbits
    1/4 cup Kraft Mozzarella shredded 2% Milk

Directions

Heat Oven to 350 degrees F. Lay Flatout on a cookie sheet. Bake for 7 minutes. Spread Barbecue sauce evenly over the baked flatout. Top it with the Canadian bacon, pineapple, and Mozzarella cheese. Bake in oven for 15 more minutes. Cut up in slices or small triangles for an appetizer. Enjoy! Recipe makes 1 serving!!!
Please note: Use your favorite Barbecue sauce(this one was what I had on hand) and use fat free Mozzarella if you prefer. Use a lower sodium sauce also. 1 serving

    Very Good
    I used a personal sized pizza crust and added onions to it. I used less cheese than the recipe called for it. it was delicious. MMMMM. - 6/16/11
