    1 stick unsalted butter, room temp
    1 c sugar
    2 eggs
    1.5 c flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp salt
    1 c mashed banana
    .5 c sour cream
    1 tsp vanilla extract

add bananas and eggs
add rest of ingredients

    Incredible!
    This is my favorite banana bread recipe, and I have tried many! Not super-low in calories, but so worth it to watch my portion size:-) When I make this, I like to add 1/2-1 tsp. of cinnamon to it, LOVE the extra flavor that gives banana bread. Sometimes throw in 1/2 c. choc. chips, kids love that! - 10/8/10
