    14.75 oz canned sockeye salmon
    1 egg white
    1 T. chopped ginger root (in a jar)
    3 scallions, chopped
    1 T. soy sauce
    1 T. olive oil


mix all ingredients except olive oil; heat olive oil in frying pan; make 3 patties out of salmon mixture & fry on medium heat until browned on both sides; serve with salad or eat cool for a nutritious snack.
