Introduction

Ingredients

    1/4 c softened butter
    2 large eggs
    1 c sugar
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 c white flour
    1/2 whole wheat flour
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 c 3% plain yogurt
    1 c mashed bananas
    1 c chocolate chips

Directions

preheat oven to 350 degrees. cream butter, sugar, vanilla and eggs together in a large bowl. sift dry ingredients into a seperate bowl. add 1/3 of dry mixture to wet, when almost mixed, add yogurt. and next third of dry mixture, and when almost mixed, add banana. add last third of dry mixture and stir in chocolate chips.

don't over mix! you'll end up with tough muffins!

spread equally into a greased muffin pan and bake for 20-25 minutes depending on your oven.
