Ingredients

Fajitas:
4 Chicken breasts, sliced
2 Green peppers, sliced
1/2 Small Onion, sliced
3 Jalapenos, minces
1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp chopped cilantro
8 Flour Tortillas
Guacamole:
2 Avocados
1 Lime, juiced
1 Tomato, diced
2 Jalapenos, minced
1/2 Small Onion, Diced
Salt, to taste
Directions
Guacamole:
Remove peel and pit from Avocados.
Add lime juice and mash well.
Mix in Tomatoes, Onions, Jalapenos.
Add Salt to taste.
Fajitas:
In hot skillet, saute green peppers until slightly soft.
Add Chicken, Onions, and Jalapenos and Cook until chicken no longer shows pink.
Add Lemon Juice and saute until juice is almost gone.
Add Cilantro and saute about five minutes.
Serve with warm tortillas.
Makes 4 servings.
