Ingredients

    2 LBS GROUND BEEF, EXTA LEAN
    8 OZ TOMATO SAUCE
    2 TEAS TACO MIX OR SPAGHETTI SEASONING MIX DRY
    4 EGG WHITES
    I CUP OAT BRAN
    1 CUP CHOPPED ONION
    1 CUP CHOPPED CARROTS

Directions

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER. SHAPE INTO A LOAF OR PAT INTO LOAF PAN.
BAKE AT 375 DEGREES FOR 45 MINUTES. LOWER LEAT TO 350 DEGREES AND BAKE FOR ANOTHER 45 MINUTES OR TILL MEAT REACHES 160 DEGREES. LET SIT FOR 15 MINUTES BEFORE SLICING INTO 8 SERVINGS
