I found this recipe many years when cooking in a bush camp. Now everyone raves about my ceaser salad. It's requested all the time. It takes no time to make and it's allways a hit. Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1/3 cup olive oil
    1/2 cup parmesen cheese
    1 2 oz tin of Anchovies
    3 tbsp Lemon juice
    3 tbsp worchester sauce
    2 - 3 minced cloves garlic (depending upon tastes)
    1/2 tsp salt
    dash of black pepper
    2 heads Romaine Lettuce

Directions

Mix all ingredents (except lettuce) in blender. Blend on high speed until smooth. Pour on lettuce that has been torn to bite size pieces. Mix and Enjoy!
