Ingredients

3 chicken breasts thawed, either boneless, skinless or bone in
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 medium onion sliced
garlic powder
salt
black pepper
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Clean the chicken and lay it in a single layer in a pyrex dish. Sprinkle salt, black pepper and garlic powder all over the chicken generously. Put cream of mushroom soup and cream of chicken soup in a bowl whisk with some water, just enough to make a medium thick sauce. Layer onion slices all over the chicken. Pour the soup mixture over all. Cover with foil and poke holes in it to let out steam. Cook for 2 hours, chicken will be falling apart. You can use the soup mixture as a gravy to put over mashed potatoes or rice.
