Ingredients

3 med sz apples
1/2 C splenda (regular, not blend)
2 T I Can't believe it's not butter light
1 T Cinnamon
Directions
Peel, core, and slice apples in half.
Place in microwaveable pan with cored side up.
Put 1 teaspoon of I can't believe it's not butter light in the center of each apple half.
Sprinkle splenda over apples.
Sprinkle cinnamon over apples.
Cover and place in microwave on medium for 10 minutes. Check to see if at desired tenderness. If more tenderness is desired add 2 minutes at a time until tenderness is reached.
Makes 3 servings. (6 servings if you desire smaller portions.)
Contains 5g of daily dietary fiber.
Remove from microwave. Place on small plates and enjoy.
