    1 - 3 oz sugar free lemon jello
    1 tsp salt
    2/3 cup boiling water
    3 TBL cider vinegar
    1 tsp grated onion
    2 cups light(reduced fat)sour cream
    1/4 cup hellmans light mayo
    1 large cucumber - grated and well drained


Make night before or early in the day needs time to set.
Add salt to jello and add hot water, when dissolved add cider vinegar and onion. Refridgerate until the jello is clumpy or almost set, about 40 minutes. When set add rest of ingrediants, use a whip or hand held mixer. Pour into a mold or bowl and refriderate at least 3 hours or overnight. Turn over on a plate before serving.
