Ingredients

    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 extra large egg
    3 egg whites
    1 cup no-salt bread crumbs
    1/2 cup Fiber One cereal (ground to powder in blender)
    1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
    1 tbsp. dried oregano
    1 tbsp. dried basil
    1 tbsp. dried parsley
    3 tbsps. garlic powder
    1/2 cup tap water
    1/2 cup frozen veggies that have been steamed


Directions

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Add the water last for moisture. Spread out in an oversized pyrex dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
