    1 frozen banana
    1 cup apple juice
    1 large handful of spinach
    .5 cucumber (chopped)
    2 tbsp whey isolate


Blend cucumber into juice first. Then add banana. Then spinach and whey isolate.
Makes 2 servings of a cup each.
