    8 oz cooked shrimp (thawed if frozen)
    2 1/2 cups frozen broccoli, cooked
    1 medium onion, sliced
    3 tsp minced garlic
    1 tsp vegetable oil
    vegetable cooking spray
    1 TBSP Szechuan sauce
    1 TBSP Oyster sauce
    1 TBSP light soy sauce
    3 tsp cornstarch
    1/2 cup water


Mix Szechuan, Oyster and say sauce with water and corn starch. Saute onion and garlic in pan sprayed with vegetable spray and oil until onions are tender crisp. Add sauce mixter, cooked broccoli and shrimp and heat until warm.
