    Very Good
My husband had his doubts while I was making it, but he ended agreeing that it was quite good. Will make again. - 8/23/13

This was delicious! I omitted the bell peppers & used 2 cups of Monterey Jack & Colby cheese & a bit more chicken. My husband doesn't like yellow rice, but said this was great anyway. He thought it needed a bit of texture so he wants shredded lettuce on his next time with a dollop of sour cream. - 10/5/12
