Substituting ground turkey, skim milk, egg whites only, whole wheat flour, part-skim mozzarella, and prego heart smart traditional sauce, and omit the salt brought calories down to 380.3, fat 14.5g, sodium 570mg, and carb to 26.9, while bringing the dietary fiber up to 4.8g. - 3/9/09

For the folks talking about how "unhealthy" this is....... 6 servings from a 13 x 9 x 2 dish are really good sized portions. I think it would easily serve 8 people...add a salad and you are not busting the calorie budget. Justa thought :)
I think this sounds great and will try it soon!

I think just by changing the sauce used and your choice in the protein and veggies this could be universal. I tried it with enchalada sauce and shedded chicken breast...changed the cheese to cheddar, changed the choice of veggies and it will make your tongue slap your grandma down!!! - 3/8/09

For those of you who say it's not healhty...really easy recipe to make healthier...try 96% ground beef, skim milk, reduced fat cheese or a little less cheese. Would probably taste just as good but with less calories. Try some variations. Nice idea though - 3/3/09
