Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    I package flour tortillias
    ! can cream of chicken soup
    1 container light sour cream
    1 can diced green chilie
    1 package shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Mix together sour cream, cream of chicken soup, and green chilis.
Spoon little bit of mixture on bottom of oblong baking dish.
spoon 1-2 tbs of mixture into each tortilla, add bit of cheese and roll up. Place each rolled up tortilla into obong baking dish.
Top off all rolled up enchiladas with remaining mixture, and finally top with cheese.
Cover with Aluminum foil.
Bake 350 for 30 minutes, or till done. Cheese will brown a little on top

    Very Good
    This was great but I did make a few changes. I added a bit of cooked chicken to the tortilla's and I substituted tortillas for mountain bread and didn't use much cheese. All the family really enjoyed it so Thanks RJCMJCONNET. - 4/9/07
