Introduction

An incredibly rich chocolate cookie; great for a Valentine's Day gift!

I got this receipe from a health magazine. It followed an article about the health benefits of dark chocoloate. Eaten occassionally, not every day, chocolate is a health food. Eat the real chocolate - not chococlate ice cream or hot chocolate, etc. - to get the benefits.

    1/4 cup butter, room temperature

1 package (8 oz) semi-sweet baking squares, coarsely chopped

HELPFUL HINTS:
1) cookie is very rich, you may want to make them smaller.
