Ingredients

Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded
Macaroni (dry weight) 400 g
Pasta Sauce, 3 tbsp
Thai Chili Sauce, 1 tbsp
Granulated Sugar, ½ tsp
Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp
Shallots, 3 tbsp chopped
Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped
Mushrooms, fresh, 0.5 cup pieces
Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 0.5 cup
Carrots, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped
Chicken Breast, no skin, fried, 1 breast, bone and skin removed
Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Salt, 1 tsp
Pepper, white, 1 tsp
Pepper, black, 1 tsp
Directions
Heat plain macaroni in water and when done , drain it and keep aside.
Next - Heat oil in a wok. Add shallot, onion, carrots, mushrooms, pepper, corn and stir fry for 2 min.
Then add the pasta sauce, thai chilli sauce and ketchup for that sweet and hot taste (its mild dont worry).
Then add the prepared chicken (fried or roasted) cut into bite size cubes and stir fry for about 3-4 min. Add the macaroni (cooked) and then add soy sauce, salt, black pepper, and white pepper powders.
Mix it well so that the entire macaroni is coated with the spices and veggies and keep on low flame for 5 min.
Then take it out on a serving dish (preferably a glass dish - microwave friendly ) and cover it with the shredded cheese all over and bake in the oven at 200 deg. for 3 min approx. or till the cheese is melted ( but not browned )
