Ingredients

    Scallions, raw, 1 large chopped or minced
    *Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp
    Rice Vinegar, 1 tbsp
    Honey, 1 tbsp
    Ginger Root, 1 tsp minced
    Pink Salmon (fish), 1 pounds skinned
    *Seeds, sesame seeds, whole, roasted and toasted, 2 ounces

Directions

Whisk scallion, soy, vinegar, honey and ginger in bowl. Place salmon in sealable plastic bag with 3 tablespoons of the sauce and refridgerate for 15 minutes to marinate. Reserve remaining sauce. Preheat broiler. Line with foil and coat with spray. broil for 6-10 minutes or until cooked through. Drizzed with remaining sauce and cook for 1 more minute. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve.
