Introduction

This is a fruit salad I made up with citrus that I had in the house. This is a fruit salad I made up with citrus that I had in the house.

Ingredients

    1 Moro (Blood) Orange
    1 Tangelo
    1 Mandarin Orange
    1 Pink Lady Apple
    Lemon Juice
    1/2 cup Yogurt, plain, low fat
    1 TBSP Honey

Directions

Peel citrus and tear into sections. Cut larger sections in half. Core apple, cut into slices, then into smaller pieces. Sqeeze lemon juice over fruit to keep apples from browning.

Combine yogurt and honey, add to fruit and stir.
