Ingredients

1/2 cup long grain brown rice
water
1 tsp margarine
3/4 cup Crockpot meat recipe
2 tbsp shredded cheese (Cheddar or Monterey Jack)
Directions
Cook long grain brown rice per package directions (1/2 cup uncooked rice cover with 1 cup water, add 1 tsp margarine, cover with lid and cook over low heat until done about 20 minutes.) Put rice into microwave safe bowl. Add 3/4 cup Crockpot Meat Recipe over rice. Heat in a microwave until warm. Top with 1 tbsp shredded cheese.
