Introduction

Ingredients

    1 Pound Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey
    15 Barilla Jumbo Pasta Shells
    1 Jar Salsa
    1 Cup 2% Shredded Cheese
    2 Tsp Taco Seasoning

Directions

Brown ground turkey and prepare with taco seasoning as directed on package. Boil pasta shells according to package. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In glass baking dish pour some salsa on bottom of baking dish and spread around. Fill pasta shells with taco meat. Place in baking dish. Pour about remaining salsa over taco shells and cover in cheese. Cover baking dish in tin foil and bake for 30 minutes. Enjoy!

    I loved this! I love tacos but my husband doesn't really care for them in hard/soft shells. I added a little bit of nonfat sour cream when I served it. My husband was sold. He said, "Wow this is way better than regular tacos) SO thank you! We can compromise and both have tacos! - 10/3/11

    This is SO good! I add ff black beans and corn to mine when I want it meatless. This is quick easy, and looks complicated but it's simple and yummy! - 12/31/09

    Black beans and corn sound like a great add on! I will have to try it. I'm glad you like it. This recipe is one of my families favorites and yes it is SO easy. Great recipe to make and freeze too!
