I grew up in the Philippines and like my adobo a little sweeter. I use equal parts vinegar and soy sauce and add brown sugar to taste. All other ingredients are the same. This is easy, quick and super yummy!

    Incredible!
This is a delicious dish. I tend to be very liberal with the soy sauce, and have made it with just chicken when I don't have pork on hand. - 11/18/09
