Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 lb turbot filet (can sub orange rouphy or cod)
    1.5 tsp of crushed garlic
    juice from 1 lime
    2 tbsp of olive oil
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

set your oven to 350. on a baking sheet form a boat of tinfoil and coat with 1 tbsp of olive oil. Place filet on the foil. In a bowl whisk the remaining tbsp of olive oil, garlic, lime juice, and salt and pepper. Spread evenly over the filet. Close the top of the foil to make a pouch for fish. Place in oven for 25 minutes. check the fix to make sure is done and flaky. If not give it another 5 minutes.
