Introduction

Ingredients

    1 pound lean ground beef, 9% fat
    1 pound turkey breakfast sausage, Honeysuckle
    1 cup oatmeal
    1/4 cup barbecue sauce
    1 Tbs minced garlic
    1 onion, finely chopped
    2 eggs
    Mrs. Dash Table Blend, to taste
    Pepper, to taste
    1/4 cup water

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Divide in half and put in two loaf pans.

Cover with foil, bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until meat pulls away from sides.
