Ingredients

4 tbsp Light Blue Bonnet Margarine
1 C Splenda sweetener
1.5 C white flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 eggs (or egg substitute)
Directions
Add margarine and Splenda, cream
In a separate bowl, beat eggs with mashed bananas
Add to margarine and Splenda
Add remaining ingredients.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes in a bread pan. Toothpick test to ensure it is completely cooked.
