Introduction

Tasty raw meatloaf. Ingredients are dehydrated for 3 hours. Tasty raw meatloaf. Ingredients are dehydrated for 3 hours.

Ingredients

    1C walnuts
    1C sunflower seeds
    1C almonds
    2 cloves garlic
    1/2 C chopped parsley
    1/2 C chopped celery
    1C chopped red bell pepper
    2 T Dulse Flakes (found in health food stores)
    1T chopped onion
    2T rosemary
    1 Jalapeno pepper small
    1T cumin

Directions

Soak walnuts, almonds and sunflower seeds for 1-2 hours. Rinse. Using a Vitamix blend nuts, seeds, and garlic. In large mixing bowl combine all ingredients. Form into loaf dehydrate for 1 hour. Remove and top with raw BBQ sauce or ketchup: (recipes in book), dehydrate for an additional 2-3 hours.

    Sounds tasty, but way too much fat! What are dulse flakes? - 4/25/09

    This is a luxury item not eaten every day. I agree with the fat. You can also eat smaller portions. It is sooo tasty, especially if most of your other food is raw veggies.
