    4 to 5 medium tomatoes cut in eights or sliced about a quarter of an inch thick
    2 medium onions sliced about a quarter of an inch thick and separated into rings
    2 medium cucumbers sliced about a quarter of an inch thick.
    a can of small black olives drained
    a bottel of Italian dressing - spicy kind


mix all together and let set an hour or so in the fridge.
I also put a little natures seasoning in it, too and some dill weed - all to taste
