Ingredients

    1- 3 oz. package sugar free jello (any flavor)
    1 cup very hot water
    1 cup fat free cool whip

Directions

Dissolve jello in hot water. Put in refrigerator to cool for about 15 minutes. Add cool whip and stir on low speed with hand mixer until well blended. Chill until set. Makes four servings.

    Very Good
    First I used lemon and then made it again with orange. Next time I will try strawberry. I added a little more cool whip than a cup. If you have a sweet tooth, this is very tasty for not a lot of calories. - 7/21/09
