    1lb Red potatoes cut into cubes
    3T EVOO
    3/4 pkg Lipton Recipe Secrets - Savory Herb and Garlic


1. Cube potatoes
2. Combine oil and seasonings in a bowl, whisk thoroughly
3. Add potatoes to bowl and coat well with mixture.
4. Spread potatoes into a single layer on a roasting pan.
5. Bake for 25-30mins in a 400degree oven.
6. Turn and stir potatoes half way through.

  • Very good but I definitely needed to keep them in the oven longer, they didn't roast up as well as I'd hoped. Also noted the sodium difference the previous commenter mentioned. Really tasty stuff though! - 7/18/09

  • Very good! However, nutrition info is off.
    Not including the actual potatoes, the 'herbs' have 75 cal per 3 TBS (3/4 packet), 1740mg sodium, and 18 grams of carbs. Please take the errors into consideration. (290mg sodium per serving) - 5/18/08
