Introduction

A great, easy pasta salad consisting of beans, tuna, tomatoes, and pasta. Perfect for on the go lunches. Tastes great with a piece of crusty bread. A great, easy pasta salad consisting of beans, tuna, tomatoes, and pasta. Perfect for on the go lunches. Tastes great with a piece of crusty bread.

Ingredients

    1 can white beans, drained and rinsed
    1/2 c. cherry tomatoes, diced
    1 small packet Albacore tuna
    2 c. cooked pasta noodles (i used egg noodles)
    2 basil leaves, chopped
    1/2 tbsp parsley, chopped
    1/4 c. Good Seasons Italian Dressing (made with only half the oil)
    Extra red wine vinegar to taste


Directions

Mix all in a bowl. Add extra vinegar as needed, to taste. Chill to blend flavors.
