Introduction

I couldn't find green onions in the list so I entered raw onions. Hopefully if someone uses this recipe they will use the green onions..the white part, at the end. Ingredients

    2 lbs of chicken breast (or a whole fryer chicken), 3 cups of broth, 1 cup of celery chopped, 1/4 cup of green onions chopped, 1 cup of carrots chopped, 1 clove of galic chopped, a tbsp of black pepper, and a can of dinner rolls.

Directions

First, if you're going to use a whole chicken, remove the gizzards then boil for about an hour until it is falling apart. Debone and then depending on how much broth you have add some. Bring to a boil and add your carrots, celery, green onions, garlic, and pepper and cook for about 30 minutes or until carrots are soft and then add raw dinner rolls. Cook an additional 10 minutes or until dinner rolls are...done to your taste. Makes about 10 servings so you can freeze in several containers and reheat later.
