    8 green onions
    Above chopped
    2 cups canned white corn
    2 cups canned black beans
    2 T. cider vinegar
    2 T. balsamic vinegar
    2 T. Olive oil
    Juice of 1 lime
    Cilantro (fresh has been associated with salmonella -- so use dried)
    Jalapeno (pickled -- about 3 T. -- fresh have also been associated with
    salmonella)
    Salt and Pepper to taste
