    1 pound red potatoes, cubed
    1 pound green beans
    1 onion


Wash and cut the red potatoes into cubes. Wash and string the green beans. Snap them into 2-3" sections. Cut onion. Add all ingredients in a oven safe bowl. Add 1/4 cup water. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 435 for 45 minutes or until potatoes are soft.

Season with salt and pepper.

Makes eleven (11) 1/2 cup servings.
