Ingredients

    Soy milk
    Carbinato or brown sugar
    Flour
    Vanilla extract
    Salt

Directions

Heat soy milk, carbinato or brown sugar, & salt. Slowly add flour, stirring continuously. As it thickens, add vanilla. Pour into pie crust or parfait glasses and chill. Fruit or whipped topping can be added if desired.
