Ingredients

    280 g Hake fillets (app. 2 fillets)
    1 tablespoon freshly squized lemon juice
    1 tablespoon light mayonaise
    100 g fresh mushrooms chopped in pieces
    50 g onions finely chopped (app. 1 small)
    25 g low fat margarine melted (app. 3 tsp)
    20 g fresh bread crumbs (app. 1 slice)
    50 g cheddar cheese grated
    Your favourite fish spice

Directions

Coat baking dish with spray and cook.
Place fish in dish.
Combine lemon juice, mayonaise, onions and spices and spread over fish.
Place mushrooms on top.
Cover with bread crumbs.
Drizzle with melted margarine and place in oven on 295 degrees for app. 20 minutes.
Cover with grated cheese and bake for a further 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
