Introduction
I looooove the taste of Apple Crisp and have found a way to still enjoy it with only about half of the calories!!this is a loose variation (as it doesn't actually CRISP), but still pretty darn yummy ;) I looooove the taste of Apple Crisp and have found a way to still enjoy it with only about half of the calories!!

Ingredients
-
* 1 medium apple
* 1 packet of Splenda
* 1T toasted Wheat Germ
* 1T ground cinnamon
* 1/4-1/2 c 1% milk
Directions
Makes 1 (1.5-2cup) serving:
Core and dice the apple into 1/2" pieces, place in a microwave safe bowl. Sprinkle with the Splenda, cinnamon, and wheat germ - toss. Add the milk, stir to moisten.
Cover and microwave for 1 min 30 sec on high. Stir, cover, cook for an additional 30 sec. or until apples are fork tender (30 sec intervals). Let set for 1-2 min...stir..ENJOY!
But BE CAREFUL!!! This is very hot!
The milk will thicken slightly, giving it a creamy texture...the toasted wheat germ adds fiber and gives a wonderful 'baked, nutty' taste! you can add a bit more Splenda if you like it on the sweet side, but I would NOT recommend another whole packet..just a sprinkle ;)
