Ingredients

    *Ground Beef 93% Lean, 1 pound
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Brown Rice, long grain, 2 cups
    Canned Tomatoes, 1 cup
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    1 T chili powder
    garlic powder to taste (optional)
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Saute beef until browned. Add onions and peppers and saute until softened. Add rice, tomatoes and spices and stir until combined.

Pour into casserole and bake at 350 until heated through and bubbly (30 minutes)

Freezes GREAT!
