Ingredients

    2lb. chicken breast, skinless,boneless, cut into small cubes
    6 cups great northern beans rinsed and drained
    4 cups college inn fat free chicken broth
    6 cups water [may add more or less to achieve desired consistency]
    1 cup onion, chopped
    8oz..canned green chilies, drained
    1 cup chopped green peppers
    1 cup diced celery
    3tbsp. chili powder
    2 cloves garlic, sliced
    2oz. lime juice
    2tbsp. fresh, chopped cilantro
    1tbsp. black pepper
    2 cups delmonte diced tomatoes[no salt added]

Directions

prep chicken and vegetables; place into dutch oven, pour in all remaining ingredients, add seasonings while stirring ; let simmer on medium heat for approximately 1 hour and a half , while stirring occasionaly.
