Ingredients

    I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread (Soft), 1 Tbsp, 3 serving
    Flour, whole grain, .33 cup
    Onions, raw, 1.75 cup, chopped
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    *Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, with green chilies, 4.5 cup
    Water, tap, .75 cup (8 fl oz)
    Thyme, ground, .5 tbsp
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Rosemary, dried, 1 tsp
    *Splenda, 3 tsp
    Bay Leaf, 3 tbsp, crumbled
    Oregano, ground, .25 tsp
    Shrimp, raw, 24 oz

Directions

Melt butter in skillet. Add flour & brown, stir constantly. Add onion, green pepper, celery & carrots. Cook 5-10 minutes. transfer to slow cooker/crock pot.Add remaining ingredients except shrimp. Cook on low 4-6 hours. Add shrimp last hour. Serve over whole grain rice
