Ingredients

    Butter, salted, .5 cup (remove)
    Instant, Quick, and Regular Oats Cereal, 3.5 cup, dry, yields (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, 1 cup (remove)
    Milk, nonfat, .66 cup (remove)
    Coconut, raw, .5 cup, shredded (remove)
    Milk Chocolate Candy, 1 cup chips (remove)

Directions

Put the butter, milk and sugar in a saucepan and bring to boil. Continue boiling for 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in chips until melted. Add coconut and oatmeal and blend. Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes, and then drop by the teaspoonful onto waxed paper. Chill in refrigerator until firm.

*I spray the teaspoon with cooking oil to ease the dough off the spoon.
